Packages are shipped with Purolator including a tracking number. Addresses that have number suffixes are shipped with Canada Post. An email will be sent to you to this effect when sending your package.
Under no circumstances can Wild & free be held responsible for damage caused by the use of the collar.
All collars are accessories that involve a risk to the health of your pet. Under no circumstances should a dog be left in a crate or unsupervised with a collar. You should always inspect the collar before using it to determine if it is appropriate for your dog to use. Consumers accept all responsibility for the purchase and use of these products.

Consumers understand the risks associated with using fabric as a material. The fabric may stain, discolour, or tear during use.
Collars and leashes are not recommended for dogs or cats who pull on the leash excessively as this could affect the quality of the product.

We try to produce the strongest products that we can. Despite this, conditions beyond our control may apply.
Return policy
If the product does not suit you, despite our best efforts to satisfy you, it is always possible to make an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of reception of the product. We will exchange it or offer you a refund based on the original payment method.
This policy is valid only for all purchases made on our online store.
In addition, please note the following:
We refuse all torn, stained or discolored collars except in the case of abnormal breakage. In the event of abnormal breakage, you must provide us with the context of use in which the breakage occurred.
